How would you say "turn" as in a card game.
EX: "It's your turn. Move."

Nun estas via vico, ek!That's correct. In this case, "turn" means "one's rank within the play order", thus vico would be the correct word.

Kwekubo:When you can't tell what word you should choose from an English-Esperanto dictionary, you should get into the habit of checking it up in an Esperanto-only dictionary such as the Eo-Eo dictionary here,Another useful strategy, if your Esperanto isn't yet good enough to understand an Esperanto-only definition, is to look up the word in reverse; that is, look up the Esperanto words and see how they translate back into English. Just as there is more than one Esperanto word per English word, there is usually more than one English word per Esperanto word, and the other translations can give you a good idea of the actual meaning of the Esperanto word.

pastorant:Something cheaper (and smaller, plus honestly most people don't need the encyclopedic size of the PIV) is the Plena Vortaro de Esperanto by Grosjean-Maupin. It's also in Esperanto only. It's hard to find, although at the moment, there's a used copy in poor condition available at ELNA (quick, don't everyone order at once!). It's out of stock at both ELNA and UEA right now. The EAB has it listed, though, presumably it's in stock.Kwekubo:(if you have a copy) PIV.Ĉu vi POSEDAS la PIV-on? Mi volas aĉeti ekzempleron, sed mi ne povas motivi la aĉeto buĝete nun.
