Please answer in English. I've only done two-three lessons and don't know much yet. I'm wondering: under the word and phrase lists, is there any way to hear those. So, far it looks like all I can do is practice the writing and translating of them, but I would like to know how they sound as well.
Please help me with this.

Thank you!!!!

No way to hear them. Some time back I began making recordings, but it took forever to record every single word, and I never completed the task.

It's easier to learn through writing in Esperanto than other languages, though. I learned using a postal course, no audio there. Also, if you download the "Kurso de Esperanto" (available various places online, for free) you can hear all the words pronounced, albeit with a heavy Brazilian accent.

I hate that there is no way to hear them. My mom and I are learning together and she relies on me to help her with getting the sounds down. It's hard for her. Plus since we want to talk it together...I want to make sure it's right! lango.gif
Thanks for your help and for the tip on a way to find some sounds. I appreciate it!

But some of the courses have a lot of sounds in them, don't they? It's been a very long time since I took a course here, but I am pretty sure there were sounds in it.

If you want to hear some Esperanto, try searching Youtube for the video course "Pasporto a la tuta mondo". It's a little bit strange, but there's a lot of listening practice in there and it's geared toward absolute beginners.

The courses themselves have sounds, all of the "stories" in the courses are read aloud, just not the vocab lists.

So that's a good suggestion, listen to the courses and read along.
