Know a good one that intelligibly shows you the cards you don't know??

Anki is arguably the best spaced-repetition software available. It’s free and runs equally well on Linux, Mac and Windows.

I've been happily using http://jmemorize.org for years, for Esperanto, Polish, Latin, etc. It is a Java program, so if your computer runs Java programs, it should work. It also permits you to add pictures to the cards, which I'm recently finding to be quite handy.

Good word for Anki! Very powerful, very easy to learn to use. It's what I use for both my language classes and language fun to great benefit.

I've used Anki for my Japanese Kanji study - good prog. I have also found iFlash for the mac. I like how with this prog you don't have to GRADE your KNOWLEDGE of the answers - you either tell it that you know it or not and it decides how long it took you to know it and delays it's showing again accordingly (with the proper settings of course). A great advantage is that it allows you to have multiple sides - so if a word in Esperanto has many meanings in English you can add them on additional sides of the card. You have to pay, but still worth the money you'd pay for a stack of index cards - and there is a trial period to try. Hava fun!

Mnemosyne is another SRS program, that I used before I found out about Anki. You can download several thousand Esperanto cards there. Then, you can import them into Anki, because Anki can import Mnemosyne decks.

You can do that with anki also (multiple sides and also multiple fields)
