That feel when there are already people out there trying this.

(NikoNiko Account required, see my article on how to get one.)

Also that pride when you know the creator himself IRL. rido.gif
An captured and free accessible version of the video mentioned above can be seen here (Adobe Flash Video). Unfortunately the sound doesn't run synchron to the video.

Seems to be that the interface of www.nicovideo.jp webpage was changed (contrary to 7 month ago). Right now I can not see any language switches anymore at www.nicovideo.jp . Seems to be that the decicion to remove the language switches was the exploding bandwith costs. That also seems to be the reason why they don't have an English interface .

@Joseph: Not to mention the complimentary tone markers for every single letter lango.gif

Vocaloid's proliferation of the Japanese music scene is amazing though, and an interesting contrast to the more indie proliferated music scene of the west. Since there is alreayd much "indie-esque" EO music, maybe EO needs some Vocaloid done in EO (I tried using the Vocaloid editor on MGS Peacewalker to make the AI's in that sing in Esperanto and English, but I failed at it quite miserably!)

So, the singer at this live concert is live created virtual 3d person by a laser data projector?

Yeah, they did change the interface, maybe months ago if I recall right. But the language switches are still there at the bottom of page, as I see.

Do you use http://tw.nicovideo.jp? Yes, this website contains the language switches. But mainpage http://www.nicovideo.jp doesn't.

I can not see any language switches at the bottom or somewhere via retrieving http://www.nicovideo.jp . Neither via Firefox, IE or Opera browser. Probably the nicovideo server solely delivers nicovideo restricted webpages without language switches to German IP (and others?) adresses. But - I can "enforce" German (http://de.nicovideo.jp) and Spanish (http://es.nicovideo.jp) interfaces. Good for register without japanese language skills.
