This forum is not really the exact place to send a text to Probal Dasgupta. He maybe never have visited this forum.

You can send an e-mail or a mail to the Central Office of the Universal Esperanto Association (UEA), whose president is Probal Dasgupta.

I suggest you to minimise the length of your letter, and to review it, it is quite hard to read. If you have a friend who speaks also english, maybe send it to him to rewrite it together.

Of course if you speak Esperanto or know someone that speaks Esperanto, choose this language instead.

In fact, some words are incorrect or have improper connotations (international intercourse to many English speakers will automatically sound like 'Worldwide sex', which I'm sure was not the intention of your letter ).
