Also, about vocabulary. I have a pretty good grasp on the grammar of Esperanto, so now I just need to expand my vocabulary. How should I go about doing this? Should I just choose a category everyday and learn vocabulary words related to it? If so, then what are some category suggestions? Or should I just read/write a ton?
Advice, advice, advice!!! Thanks!

Concerning vocabulary, here's a message I wrote (2009-09-28, 19:57:47) that may help.

Not knowing them will severely hinder your ability to work well in the language, and there really aren't that many of them.
Some of them are hardly ever used, of course, but you'll be able to tell which ones those are by their meanings. I mean, really, how often would you get the opportunity to use "-ing" (indicating something that holds exactly one thing)? So far I've never had to use it. Sure, it's there for that corner case, but if you don't commit that one to memory it probably won't slow you down too much. On the other hand, a suffix like "-il" (a tool) is very broadly applicable, and well worth the time taken to memorize it.
I'd recommend reviewing them every now and then, memorizing the obviously useful ones, and not worrying about the few strangely-too-precise ones.
