Does anybody know whether there are Esperantian equivalents to dictionary abbreviations such as [coll.], [fig.], [hum.], [pej.], etc.?

I think that generally, abbreviations aren't used. Instead the whole word is, at least in ReVo:
[coll.] - (komune)
[fig.] - (figure)
[hum.] - (ŝerce)
[poet.] - (poezie)
[vulg.] - (vulgare)
etc.

EDIT: While the abbreviations may not appear in the dictionary proper, they apparently do exist: http://www.reta-vortaro.de/revo/dok/stiloj.html

Well, I was more interested in the tags itself rather than them being abbreviations.

Note that there's no such word as Esperantian in English. The word you use here is simply Esperanto.

There are plenty of Esperanto abbreviations, as well as symbols, in PIV 2005. Here is a selection:

AdE Akademio de Esperanto
akuz akuzativo
anst anstataux
ark arkaismo
ekz ekzemple
f figurasence
Kp komparu
ks kaj simile
ktp kaj tiel plu
maj majuskle
min minuskle
mll mallongigo
ntr netransitiva
pp se paroli pri
rad radiko
sin sinonimo
te tio estas
tn tiel nomata
tr transitiva
UV Universala Vortaro
Vd vidu
Z Zamenhof
