It means "victory in all, or almost all, matches in a series"
That's not really what we're getting at here; I think legkonkurso is more appropriate.

Konkurso pri poemlegado, or something like that.
Because I admit, even in English I have no clue what a poetry slam really is. In an international language like Esperanto, I prefer to err on the side of using a descriptive term that everyone can definitely understand, in favor of a neologism that might not be understood even by a native speaker of the language of origin!
I admit that I tend to disregard PIV's opinion in most cases, since PIV's opinion is pretty much "use any word to mean whatever you want it to mean".

Yesterday there was a Poetry Slam inside a Munich subway train(german). Also Omar Musa (Australia's Poetry Slam Champion from Sydney) did some pslam performance(in english). Could you recommend some english-native poetry slammer? Personal recommendations you checked yourself please, no google search results. Thanks.
Currently I try to push a German to Esperanto translation of one local well-known poetry slammers text. (I mentioned him at the beginning of this thread) If we local esperanto folks proceed successfully we probably will try to perform that poetry slam text the table tennis style means one line in Esperanto and the same line in German etc. But still a lot to do

What's about "spoken word staging" = to stage spoken word?
Spoken Word (en.wikipedia.org)
"parolanta vorto sceneado"?
"parolanta vortulo"?
"vortparolulo"?
"parolanta vorto prezentado"?
So in my opinion "Spoken word" is this kind of art. And "Poetry Slam" is the competition of several "Spoken Word" artists. Hm, how to name that in Esperanto?
Furthermore, I found out that Jorge Camacho also is doing some kind of Esperanto spoken word(youtube) performance.

But, how to bring that into Esperantujo? Will the esperantists wanna have that, or not? I mean somebody can prove it's language skills making some CEFR test. Especially the C2 level (it excist for Esperanto, too). But Parolata Vorto competitions would be more fun. And Parolata Vorto competions would broading Esperantujo culture, too.
