I think I might learn Neo Patwa. It has Toki Ponan, Bon Wenan or Vuyamuyan characterisitcs, BUT it's free to evolve. It's not just one person improving the language, but many people collaborating. And it's likely to become international, unlike Bon Wen or Puna or even Esperanto.

This will probably be a fairly final version.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but is there a better place for the detailed discussions of the best way to develop someone's constructed language, than an Esperanto forum?
We do have non-Esperanto-related topics in these forums, but I notice that we currently have three threads running in the English forum that have pretty much nothing to do with Esperanto (and which all involve the same set of a few constructed languages)
