Mmm, I was gonna add a word of the day but I can't find a recent one in my inbox anymore.. Maybe there's no more words to send
. But too many lernu! users try to make this another social site similar to Facebook and other such sites. They just want to chat and go on, and on, and on, about things that have nothing to do with Esperanto. This must be frustrating to those who try to keep the site up and running.You have a point lavagulo, but it's not necessarily a bad thing - by chatting here in the English forum, it allows newbies to come, join in the conversation and go "wow, this is a fun bunch (I hope haha!), I'm gonna study this EO language more" (which is EO's biggest bonus compared to many other conlangs with smaller communities, if we want to look at it competitively ). It's also a way for those interested in Esperanto or using it, but not necessarily power users (like myself, who has little use for EO at all to be honest) to stay part of the community and get a little practice in while they'd otherwise get none. But we do need a refocus now and then too, to get our heads back on track

Ŝiru_Ĉi_Tie:Did anyone else notice this?Thanks, you're absolutely right. I just muddled up 'belaj' with a Russian word that looks very similar and means 'white'
Chainy:Sur la fenestrobreto staras belaj floroj. There are white flowers on the window sill.belaj => pretty
blankaj => white
Or am I missing something here?
