US Youth Online chat 7/28/10

USEJ is having an online group chat! USEJ is the US Esperantist Youth Organization. We welcome all Americans under age 30. This e-meeting will be an informal meet-and-greet (mainly text-chat). Prior knowledge of Esperanto is not required. It will take place in a Skype chatroom, on July 28th, 2010. It will start at 6PM (EDT), and will run until 7PM. I hope that many of you will participate in this chat, regardless of your Esperanto level. Andy and several other young US Esperantists are trying to revive the US youth group, so that young Esperantists in the US will have fun events to attend and have lots of contact with one another. It's important to get everyone's participation in this, even if you are currently only a beginner.

The meeting was a huge success. In total, there were 18 participants!

Any chance at something that isn't on a Wednesday? Lots of people have more flexibility with their time over the weekend than during the week. 6PM on a Wednesday is a difficult time for anyone who works (and even a lot of students work in the summer, at an internship or whatever).

Slu,

there excists some Skype recording software where someone could save that conversation to mp3 file. I.e. Callgraph (MS WIN only) Would be nice to have that conversation available at a special podcast channel.
