Esperanto Reference in Malcolm in the Middle

I was watching Malcolm in the Middle tonight, and I noticed an Esperanto reference. That's the first time I've ever seen an Esperanto reference on TV. The episode was called "Krelboyne Girl", and the line where it was referenced was "So, have you figured out how many words your phone number makes? Mine makes five. Three in English and two in Esperanto."

The context it was used in was casual and joking. This statement was followed by "Just kidding."
