With the past experince in the virtual world, I think Lernu can do it. This would be of great help to those who are not linguistic incline to learn English.
Lernu can start with a college based using esperanto to teach management subjects and gradually becoming a university using esperanto as medium of instruction after the St Marino.
In fact, i did not know why St Marino does not have the undergraduate programes.
By doing so, Lernu can have some money and can help even more people.
Am i just fancy after a afternoon nap ?

Mi ne volas insulti vin, sed mi pensas ke kial vi skribis ĉi tie je la angla forumo ĉar via angla evidente neestas bona.
Se vi konus esperanton, kial vi ne uzus ĝin?

Genjix:No offense, but I'm wondering why you're posting here in the English forum when your English is evidently not very good.Perhaps for the same reason you post in the Esperanto forums even though your Esperanto isn't very good?
Please stop this trolling, it's getting irritating.

Genjix:Se vi konus esperanton, kial vi ne uzus ĝin?Esperanto ne estas edzino al kiu vi devas esti lojala. Plus, notice that the original topic he refers to is in the EN section and he likely feels that this would be an appropriate place to start an off-shoot topic.
@EoMy:
I'm not sure why San Marino doesn't have undergraduate courses but I believe it may be because the university is rather specialised in its facilities and staff and is not suited for teaching undergraduates and only able to take those who can do study or high-level university work that benefits the university as well. Anyway, while the idea would make me interested, I doubt I'd be willing to go to San Marino for an undergraduate course. Going across the sea to Indonesia if even for a relatively cheap exchange course seems hard enough
Starting a university can be hard anyway, or even an online paid tuition service, but I think that if Lernu! ever did have a good opportunity to do it, it could be a good idea!

Seriously, Genjix, perhaps you would be better served spending more time paying attention to the things *you* yourself ought to be doing, and less attention to the things you think other people ought to be doing.

Anyway why do you septua musketeers tailgate me around the forums? You must have aspergers or a love-hate thing for me going.

Though perhaps since I have also commented on many of the same forum threads that they have, that must mean... wait... it must mean I'm popular! They must be following me to different forum threads and trying to impress me with their erudite responses! Wow, I've never been popular before!

To answer your question seriously, though, lots of people like to post on any forum that has a discussion that is of interest to them. If I want to practice my French by going to the French forum, I would like to think that the French speakers would be forgiving of my bad French and answer me even though I didn't speak their language well. Esperanto speakers are known to be tolerant of beginners and helpful (even if the "beginner" is not a beginner of Esperanto, but of another language). Esperanto-related forums are therefore a safe environment in which to practice your skills in any language. Some international Esperanto events feature an 'aligatorejo', an event in which people speak languages that are not Esperanto, but are also not their native language. It's a fun way to practice your skills (or lack thereof) in a foreign language. So you might have, for example, a German and a Russian speaking Italian together at this event.
Second -- you seem to presuppose that EoMy speaks good Esperanto. I don't know what EoMy's Esperanto level is, but I can assure you that some people who write to this forum in "bad" English don't speak Esperanto any better than they speak English. In some cases, they speak Esperanto worse, because they have just started Esperanto! So maybe you should cut people some slack.
