There's actually a different way to say this in Esperanto, regard:

"Ju ...., des ...." = "the ...., the ...."

For example:
"Ju pli multe mi rigardas shin, des pli multe mi shatas shin."
(The more (pli must describe an adjective, adverb or preposition like "da") I look at her, the more I like her).

In PMEG: Ju... des.

"Ju" introduces a condition, or a reason, or an event involving an increase or decrease of something, and "Des" introduces a result, conclusion or consequence involving an increase or decrease of something.

"Ju pli bone li parolas Esperante, des malpli multe li parolas jargonache"
(the better he speaks Esperanto, the less he speaks gibberish)

ceigered:"Ju pli multe mi rigardas shin, des pli multe mi shatas shin."
If you are referring to frequency, you could also have ofte instead of the first multe, and leave out the second if that is a matter of degree, not frequency. An alternative may be to leave out the adverb altogether: Ju pli mi rigardas ŝin, des pli ŝi plaĉas al mi.

I had no idea that was possible! Must be due to the way I'm used to phrasing something things in other languages... Thanks Miland!
