It took about only one and a half hours to create my own custom conscript with it and download it as a TTF font (the problem of which being that y mast naw typ lyk this with it). So for some it might prove to be an inexpensive tool to create their own EO fonts (albeit maybe not truly UTF8 compatible ones, I do not know how far "extended latin" goes).

I post this here since a week or ten ago there was a conversation about custom EO fonts, was there not?
