I cooked the pancakes at a friend's party last night, I took all the ingredients and made them in his kitchen. People loved the fresh, hot pancakes.
I added raisins and nuts to the topping.
Now, pancakes aren't the normal thing to cook at a party. Most people cook something at home and bring it, but several years ago I started a trend. Now some people cook things like ribs, meatballs, and bring them in a hot pot or heat them up in the oven when they arrive. It is better hot and fresh. My friend has a big kitchen.
