How about "la interna gasvalvo estas iomete malfirma hodiaŭ" (while patting ones stomach and fanning the air around your nose as if to signify you ate something bad and it's out for revenge) 
?
As for spitters being quitters, I'm with yugary. Google search I do not recommend for anyone eating food or under the age of 18, but there's clearly evidence of another, more all-ages suitable meaning, but I could not find it, just stuff about tabacco and tattoos and the previous topic which shall not be mentioned...
And the literal meaning sounds a bit strange and generic, like saying "fed up people aren't happy" or "people who have a glove to catch something play baseball"
