Must have taken ages to get that into a PDF -which incidentally must be pretty large. I stopped the downloading after 27 megabytes and it still hadn't completed.

The PAG file is 19.4 Mb, but the NPIV 2002 file is 205 Mb, if it's the one I'm thinking of. Also downloading from this website is not that fast; you might well need an hour or two to get the larger file.
