Is La Vortaro Esperanto engine 'Open'?

I really like the dictionary on this site and was wondering if the source code might be Open source?

I was thinking of doing something along the lines of having the engine process whole chunks of text, where the user need only hover their mouse over any word to have the dictionary return its meaning. Maybe displayed as a speech bubble or something.

It's not open source. But contact teamo@lernu.net with an explanation of why you want the code and what you would plan to do with it, and perhaps you can get permission.

Seems to be that the Reta-vortaro.de is GNU licensend Elŝuti Revo-rilatan materialon

Thanks for the suggestion. This is a nice dictionary, but it doesn't seem to be able to strip away grammar. Mian and miajn for example, didn't return any results.

Uploaded a quick, unfinished version for words only found in the dictionary.
