They're trying to make it where any video on the web may be subtitled in any language (Including Esperanto). It's a volunteer basis and basically, all you do, is login, and type subtitles for videos.
If you would like your site to include subtitles for videos, they have an embedding code for your entire website, or a single video embedding code. As soon as you post it, the subtitles are up! I think it's a great idea. Again, it can be used on almost any video.
