Someone who says his English is low might not recognize the term "Caps lock key," and someone who is "shouting" might not know it's called "shouting." Are you trying to chase away enthusiastic beginners? Be nice!

What darkweasel and Heliogabalus were trying to say is that you should not use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS when you type a message. It is annoying, and some people call it "shouting." But please do not let them stop you from using the forum! You will find some nice people here, too.
