If you have a facebook account please become friends with Finkleflor Sin. For it is a new webseries coming online within the next few months, in which Esperanto plays an important part.

Plot: A humanoid alien's mission to find her murderous father is frustrated when she saves a free-lance prostitute from a power-hungry global CEO subverting her from hunter to haunted.

Four actors who play alien humanoids during the six part series have been required to speak in an alien language (Esperanto) Two of those aliens at this stage speak exclusively Esperanto, subtitled to English. We are currently about 25% of the way through filming, and I have been having heaps of fun teaching the actors how to correctly pronounce their lines. I also play a minor part in the series. WE need as much facebook "friend" support as we can get in order to gather further funding for a second series, Thanks for your time all ridego.gif If the Esperanto community supports us enough then the whole series will be subtitled to Esperanto as a salute.

Should we put any specific message in the friend request so that you know that it's from Lernu/Esperanto/whatever?

@Evildela: Could you upload a short trailer movie of that efforts (making esperantlingva filmon) somewhere?

@Kirilo81, geo63, Leke: Do you folks get it, that your comments could be somewhat demotivating to Evildela, who does much efforts to support an original esperanto language movie? Btw, what esperanto culture broading are you doing?

No one here harshly criticized this effort, it was kinda joke. Anyhow it makes no sence to let aliens speak a language which is so easily recognizable as human, don't you think?
An idea isn't a priori good just because it has to do with E-o.

I don't see any problem to let talk an Alien esperanto language. But I see a very big problem that there excist very less original esperanto language movies.

Furtermore, I would see a very good learning aspect of that Alien-concept. As crazy as possible - that's could one way ones can best learn something. Or using other words: Push it(=Espo) to the limit. That't the way I see to make Espo visible inside todays entertainment and edutainment world.
