This is what is says:
Japana Esperanto-Korespondo-Servo
Por tiuj, kiuj volas havi leter-amikojn en Japanujo. Sendu leteron aux postkarton kun viaj nomo, adreso, agxo, sekso, okupo, interesoj, ktp. Nia servo nepre sendos konfirman karton al vi.
I was thinking of sending a letter to the address listed in the ad. However, I don't know if two years is too much time gone by.
Dankon!

Sinanthiel:I have a Usona Esperantisto bulletin from February 2009, and there is a Correspondence request that I was wondering if it is still valid... I don't know if you guys would know, or not, but I thought it might be worth a try asking. I can't understand the ad completely, but I think I got the gist of it.Well, I think it's worth trying. It's a very nice thing if they reply; and you'll lose nothing if they don't reply. A win-win situation, in my opinion.

Sinanthiel:I'd like to have a pen pal from another country. If you want, I can send you my address (via personal message). I've been thinking about collecting postcards from several countries... And having an Esperanto pen pal sounds interesting too.
