novmik:As far as Asia, I did read about one man in Vietnam. Phạm Xuân Thái used Indonesian grammar and latin words. Not sure, but it is hard to find a manual on learning this language:

I have a photocopy of Lingua Sistemfrater from the (US) Library of Congress in Washington (I live nearby). There are also copies in a few other libraries in the USA, if nowhere else. I once supplied a photocopy to someone in another country who wanted it (for just my cost). I suppose there is always the issue of copyright, but that is a different matter.

would be nice to get one somehow.

I could make a paper photocopy of my paper photocopy of Thai's Lingua Sistemfrater, but the reproduction expense, as well as the cost of postage to Europe (it is a large document), would be rather high. However, given enough time, I might be able to make available a PDF copy for online (email or web-based) transmission, although it would take some time. If you are interested, you may contact me privately at slyphnoyde@gmail.com . (And, as always, there is the issue of international copyright law. I made my copy under the Doctrine of Fair Use in US copyright law, but I do not know about the copyright laws of other countries.)
