I can testify that this system works - I took that path myself. Esperanto was my first foreign language. English was the second (not at school, all by myself).

Of course, if Esperanto is treated to the same legalistic mindset that encourages kids to "know" and not "find out", well,

But there's always hope in this seemingly round-about world of ours haha.
