Some derivative of 'seksual' might also be useful in distinguishing between Sex (male/female/) and Sexuality (hetero/bi/lesbian etc) - seksa orientiĝo seems a bit of a mouthful.

Seksemo and Seksamo might not do, as they could refer to the level of libido rather than the type.

Other '-ality' words which seem a little problematic in Esperanto are 'personality' and 'mentality'.

I'm not too keen on 'person-tipo' or 'personeco', or on 'pens-tipo' or 'pens-maniero'
