I like the idea. I think it would encourage me to work toward the achievement of qualifying for the forum. I've had trouble getting past the second exam. I answer most questions correctly, but always seem to make two mistakes in one section, which results in a "nesukcese." The forum would provide me with a goal to work toward and perhaps would do the same for others. It would also provide consistent examples of good Esperanto for beginners to read and study.

Hhm. Regarding me, Esperanto is hobby I try to serve with some spare time. I respect that keenness of others being part of some language elite. (sounds like You can get if you really want) Hopefully it doesn't deep split lernu.net community. Maybe build-up of some community sense is not intented at lernu.net. Individualism above all. That's quite disappointing. Well, regarding me, I don't feel some keenness being part of language elite.

My idea: Make a high-level speakers section and a low-level speakers section, and a normal section for everyone.

Perhaps the language I chose was too strong. Believe me, I am far from being any sort of elitist ESPECIALLY when it comes to language and I have rarely encountered elitism or snobbery here at Lernu. That being said, I still think that having a forum for those who have demonstrated a certain level of proficiency would be beneficial.

Thanks, robbkvasnak. Sorry about, but what in detail is not clear?

Hhm, generally, yes, my English gets more worse. I already was told offline that my word order at English is somewhat confusing. I have to take some English lessons again. Hhm.

Yes, okay, Donniedillon. I did not want offend you some way.

Probably I expect to much commoness between online and offline community. I.e. online community offers much more testbed possibilies. Maybe that advanced speaker "glas plate/lions cage"- forum area deserves some trial.
