The introduction of slang is always meant to divide the speaking population into two groups - those who know and use the slang (and are therefore "cool" or "knowledgeable" or "in" or whatever), and those who don't.

Esperantists tend to be about increasing the ease of communication, not muddying it. I think you will find that Esperantists are, as a general rule, against the introduction of slang into the language.

Na, ri, ŝli, 'stas, etc., etc., etc. Nonstandard Esperanto generally doesn't gain much traction unless there's a real need for it. I don't see much of a need in this case.

The tradition among Esperantists has been for direct expression of one's meaning without opaque idiom.

This does not mean however that the choice of words is limited or cannot be colourful.

For breaking up with one's girlfriend you might say

OK you guys made a good point and I've just realized my mistake. Personally, of all the suggestions I heard from here, "kapti" and "eniĝu" sound the best. Thanks! ~Cheers
