So, it occurred to me to ask about how to say the following exercise words in Esperanto:
-sit-up
-push-up
-weight-lifting
-squat
-lunge
-stretch
According to a quick search on Vikipedio, "push-up" is either puŝlevo or kuŝapogo and someone told me that "to stretch" would be etendi sin. Any thoughts?

Some suggestions:
sit-up = rekta sidiĝo
push-up = levpuŝo
weight-lifting = pezlevado or ŝarĝlevado
squat = kalkana sidiĝo
lunge = ekpuŝo
stretch = etendiĝo
To anticipate a query, I've used iĝ where a change in state is being brought about.
In the UEA catalogue there's Manlibro pri olimpikaj vortoj which may be of interest.
