I've learned Esperanto for one semester, but moved to another country and don't have opportunity to learn it at language school. Is there any group or anybody who want to take part in group learning?

Here is a website that limits itself to the 700 most common E-O words and has some spoken articles: http://facila.org/
And another that limits itself to 875 most common roots: http://kontakto.tejo.org/
Kontakto has its own wordlist on http://www.memrise.com
There are several E-O groups on groups.yahoo.com and google groups. Skype seems to be a popular means of meeting and ipernia.com has a large collection of active E-O users. Not to mention the message / postcard / instant messenger hosted right here on lernu. There are almost enough of us to start our own group.

P.S. Isn't there a music group by the name of Volpük? At least one person speaks it and offers a 10 lesson postal course!
