Mastrumado - housekeeping
Administrado - ankaŭ administration
Demarŝo (el Google Tradukilo) - advance
Direktado - steering (ankaŭ direktisto sonas tro simile kun "director" - ne taŭga por kompanio kiu havas malsameco inter "directors" kaj "managers" ) (also direktisto sounds too similar to director - inappropriate for companies which distinguish directors and managers)
Kiel taŭge traduki?!?!
How does one translate appropriately?

'manaĝero' in NPIV is defined as a manager (the person).
However it is not obvious how to turn that into a -cio word (cp administracio, redakcio, direkcio).
Recently I had to refer to the management committee of EAB. Without thinking I wrote la estra komitato.
I think to translate Have you spoken to management about this? I might say Ĉu vi jam parolis al managero pri tio? even though it might involve speaking to more than one manager.
I am tempted by direkcio. This is a question for management - jen demando por la direkcio.

You might use estrado, if you wish to emphasize leadership.
If you mean "the management" in the sense of a collection of leaders, you might use estraro.
