I'm having trouble translating the word "aggregate" (adjective not the verb) as in "at the aggregate level"

I was thinking "entuta", "ara", "totala"...

Any suggestions?

I should think "totala" would be sufficient in most cases.

PIV has agregato and agregi, which may be neologisms. Couldn't tell you if they are in common use though.

What about "entuta". Would that make sense in the above context?

I'd be reluctant to use that word myself, as it has a meaning more like "on the whole" or "considering the matter in its totality". You might say "entute mi sanas", or to use it as an adjective you might say your "entuta sano estas bona". It doesn't really suggest much to me about aggregation.

Another possibility might be "kombina", though you could perhaps look at other possibilities for translating the idea than coming up with an equivalent adjective.

Edit: Just to add, I checked a couple of dictionaries. Both Wells and Benson have "agregata". Wells also has "suma".
