Before I start my question, I'd like to say, happy belated Thanksgiving to all the American Esperantists on the board. I hope it went well for each of you, and your post-Thanksgiving "hibernation" has gone undisturbed.
Ok, now my question:
I'm at a loss for how to say the names of each of the decimal positions to the right of the 1's place in Esperanto. So, the tenths place, hundredths place, the thousandths place, etc. I've checked Vikipedio and some authoritative reference material, but I've come up short. I now know the correct fractional notation in Esperanto is 1/10ª, 1/100ª, and 1/1000ª. I think I gleaned this from David K. Jordan's excellent book Being Colloquial in Esperanto. But I am still not clear on tenths, hundredths, thousandths, etc. expressed in Esperanto as words and not fractional notation. Can someone please clarify?
In case you're wondering "When on earth is this going to come up in an Esperanto conversation?" I'll give you some back story: I was considering exanding the Esperanto language Vikipedio article on Bitcoin (EO, Bitmono) which is its creators would consider a currency of sorts. (The jury is still out on its actual status as anything other than a technological novelty.) An interesting feature of this pseudo-currency is, instead of being decimalized like virtually all modern currencies, it can be subdivided out to 8 decimal places. Each decimal place has a name and I could not think of a way to correctly describe this in Esperanto.

It's listed in the Vikipedio article Esperanto Vocabulary as ono (a slight error). Harlow lists -on- as a quasi-prefix. He sources Kalocsay and Waringhien for constructs such as duonfrato, "half-brother."
