Thanks.

Don't trust the translations of words, though. Seems that they are automatically translated. Helluv da mistakes!

They seem to get their source from Wikipedia.

It reminds me of lingQ a bit. And yes the words are totally off. I'm just beginning this and it's quite obvious!

Saluton! Mi estas konmencinto en Esperanto lingvo. Also I am developer of Bliu Bliu and some times learning Esperanto. If you have any suggestions how to improve bliubliu.com, let me know.

There are a number of online English-Esperanto-English dictionaries, including the one available here at Lernu.
Perhaps you could source your translations from them and not have to reinvent the wheel.

ESPDIC has over 60,000 entries and is freely downloadable.

Hullo! Bliu Bliu is a pretty awesome idea! And good to see that there's an Esperanto learning developer!

I did notice a couple problems, and I've reported them using the "report problem" button.

I notice the main source of Esperanto texts are from wikipedia. I wondered if you'd considered texts from these places:Keep up the good work! ridego.gif

Hi everybody
this is Claudio from Bliu Bliu
Good news: esperanto seems to be number 1 language in term of students in our system, somehow this post attracted a lot of new students. Also it seems that someone is spending quite a lot of time using Bliu Bliu: I am not student number 1 in the system, there is someone using it more than me, and that means "a lot" ridulo.gif

ABOUT TRANSLATION
we are focusing on immersion, not so much into translation. It means that we dream that all the meanings will be easy to understand from the context, without using translations. But when you get stuck, there is always google translator coming to help, even if it's not perfect (and we know it!)

CONTENT
Majority of content were from Wikipedia. Last week we added 5 RSS and now we have +500 articles from blogs and newspaper. If you know more RSS please, give us the link

GUTENBERG
We cant' use their books, they are very old for all the other languages + their licence says that we can't actually use it,so we need other sources

Adding CONTENT
We are changing our system and from today (or tomorrow) it will be possible to upload your own content, suggest RSS or use our API to upload huge amount of content.

For any questions please write to me (info@bliubliu.com) or keep the discussion alive in this forum. I will regularly come to check

Claudio
