These connectors are mainly used in a definite context and with appropriate intonation – I'm not sure that it would be understood the same way by people of different cultures. Here I try to translate them giving what seems to me the french and esperanto equivalent (please correct me if I'm wrong).
Anyway / en tout cas / ĉiel
"iel ajn" → no matter how / n'importe comment
well, as a matter of fact / eh bien en fait .../ "nu, fakte"
how can I put it? /comment dire ? / kiel diri ...?
now and then it seems to me that / J'ai parfois l'impression que.../ foje sxajnas al mi ke
after all / après tout / finfine (kun rezigna intonacio)
all joking aside / toute plaisanterie mise à part/ senŝerce

If it were one or two or five errors, sure, list them all and we can discuss them. But it's not really reasonable to go through them all.
But if you would like to go through them all you are surely welcome to do so.

RiotNrrd:Enthusiasm like this is great to see, but as you might have gathered from the subsequent posts, it may need to be redirected into learning the language first before you start trying to teach it.I can relate with the enthusiasm.. The process is still a joy, and hasn't become a chore yet. There comes a point where the work is no longer fun and becomes tedious, but that is where I need to change it up sometimes... but I was thinking (not seriously) about improvements to the language (ha ha ha... like after 6 days, I understand enough to recommend improvements).. I was daydreaming about me, a few years from now, launching Esperanto 2.0!
There aren't just a few errors; the whole list needs serious overhauling. However, it definitely can serve as the seed for what could be a very useful page eventually. Right now, however, it is just a very misleading page, as it presents many incorrect phrases - some entirely nonsensical - as being correct in an authoritative manner. I would unpublish it for the time being, until it can be fully revised.
Give yourself time to learn the language. Esperanto is easy, for sure, but don't make the mistake of thinking it is easier than it actually is. There are many things that you have yet to learn. There are still things that *I* have yet to learn, and I've been at it eight years now.
Yeah, don't read too much into what I just said, and please don't take it seriously. It is my idea of a joke, but my point is that the enthusiasm and motivation is great, and I need to take advantage of it while it lasts.

The honesty in everyone's answers is so greatly appreciated! I'm new to the language and attempting to learn while doing. I'm working my way through Lernu, TeachYourself and many other resources. My main goal is to speak it well, so I've been often times focusing on that aspect.
My grammar and overall understanding of the language needs tons of work, obviously. I've put minimal effort into the language compared to many, this is just the beginning for me, mi amas Esperanton!
This post was meant to show people conversational connectors and what you're able to do with them and less of a definitive guide that one should make Anki flashcards or use straight off the page in conversational settings.
The responses to the thread are exactly what I'm looking for! Making this list was a means to help me learn and the motivation from this thread will most definitely push me to revise and improve this list over time.
Like some have said, the corrections are appreciated, but I should be doing these on my own.
One thing I should have made clear on my post was a DISCLAIMER: this dude is an Esperanto noob

Thanks for the positive replies and critiques!
