Miaj jaroj estas finitaj
kaj nun, trema kaj malforta,

(although I'm not sure if you can add -iĝ- to a correlative?)

I do like the idea behind neniiĝi (as a verb rather than a noun) too though, seems like a perfectly good word to me, especially in poetry. There are two Is, the Vortaro actually gives that as a translation for forvelki, interestingly enough.
