This two words have a subtle difference, which is confusing to me.

Can someone help me understand when to use one or the other?

Or is it that "veturi" is an older word, that has been mostly replaced nowadays by "vojagxi"?

Thanks.

"veturi" is the action of moving from A to B by means of a vehicle. (to ride) It can range from riding the bike to work to taking a plane to a foreign land.
"vojaĝi" is the activity of travelling, and it can include one or more "veturi" actions (or none, if you're from the past ridulo.gif ).

For instance:
Dum lasta somero mi vojaĝis en Italio. Dum la vojaĝo mi veturis per trajno, buso kaj biciklo.

A brilliantly simple yet powerful explanation!

Thanks!!!
