Are there any words in Esperanto that indicate thinking or seek a response from the listener without asking a question, like the English 'huh'? Example: What do you want for lunch? Grilled cheese. A grilled cheese, huh...?

Grilled cheese. A grilled cheese, huh...?The Comprehensive English-Esperanto Dictionary offers ej for “eh”, and aa and ah for “uh”. The PIV seems to have a different notion of ej. Elsewhere I’ve seen e used for what could be either “eh” or “uh”. There doesn’t seem to be any consensus.
