Are there any words in Esperanto that indicate thinking or seek a response from the listener without asking a question, like the English 'huh'? Example: What do you want for lunch? Grilled cheese. A grilled cheese, huh...?

What about filler words when thinking, like 'um', 'uh', and stuff like that?

What about filler words when thinking, like 'um', 'uh', and stuff like that?
The Comprehensive English-Esperanto Dictionary offers ej for “eh”, and aa and ah for “uh”. The PIV seems to have a different notion of ej. Elsewhere I’ve seen e used for what could be either “eh” or “uh”. There doesn’t seem to be any consensus.

A. Toastita fromaĝo, ĉu? (A is doubtful)
