Ĉiu substantivo finiĝas kun "o"
Or
Ĉiu substantivo finiĝas en "o"
Or both are ok?
Dankon!

As for "en", I will leave it up to the more experienced Esperantists in the forum to comment.
I personally would use "en" too in this situation.

to me this is similar to the phrase "i believe in ghosts."
"i believe (in/about/of) ghosts."
mi kredas je fantomoj.
"every noun finishes (with/in/by means of) o"
ĉiu substantivo finiĝas je o.
if not je, i suppose per could work.
ĉiu substantivo finiĝas per o.

"O" makes end of nouns. So, nouns are ended by "o".

BoriQa:I can tell you that "kun" is definitely incorrect in this context, because "kun" implies "togetherness".Hmm got it, thanks!
sproshua:if not je, i suppose per could work. Thanks! (Also thanks to hilex), I'm still learning and hadn't gone through per or je...
sergejm:"O" finigas substantivonAlso thought of that, but it felt like running away from the issue, heh =P
kaŝperanto:It answers the question "Per kio finiĝas substantivo?"Interesting, it didn't occur to me to think what question that would be answering (if it were a question...) Thanks too!!

Fundamenta Krestomatio:ĉar ĉiu substantivo en la nominativo finiĝas per “o” — sekve frat’o;
