How would I express the sentence, "The index is at the back of the book?" Would any of these work?
Enhava indekso troviĝas ĉe libro-malantaŭo.
Enhava indekso troviĝas ĉe libro-fino.
Enhava indekso troviĝas ĉe libro-dorso.
Or is there an even better way?

If it is really on the back cover of the book, not in its end. But they often put on the back cover the summary of the book, not its contents.

(This is a solid 600-page paperback with a beautifully designed cover; at the back of the book there's a bibliography, a list of names ...)
