subjunctive conditional present tense:
なおせば - if (he, she, it, etc) mend
まければ - if (he...) lose
past:
なおしたら - if (he...) had mended
まけたら - if (he...) had lost
how do i say these in esperanto, but preserve the tenses, and ideally keep it being one word?
i was guessing either "se riparuntis" or "se riparintus" but i don't understand what the meaning difference would be between -intus and -untis. or indeed if that construction would make sense to anyone besides me.

Note though that if context permits it (i.e the temporality is clear from context) you can use the simple form "se li riparus", and this is generally preferable.

tommjames:To say "if he had mended" with a parciple verb it's "se li estus riparinta", or you can shorten it to "se li riparintus". The form -unta is never really used in Esperanto.Okay, thank you!!

Normally I would use "se riparus" too but in this case I can't because i need to describe the specific wordform haha.
