If I wanted to say "Read that, which was given to you", would it be "Legu tion, kion estas donita al vi" or with "kio" instead?
It has to have recieved an action to be given, yes? But if I use "esti" is it still an object?

tommjames is correct. These constructs do not have to agree in accusative endings; treat them as though they were two separate sentences with their own subjects/objects and apply the appropriate endings to the correlatives.
Also note that "was given" is "estis donita" and not "estas donita". It is a minor difference, but an important one nonetheless.
