Is there a shorter translation of "shorts" than "mallongaj pantalonoj"?
How would one say "short-sleeved shirt"?
Is this correct Esperanto?:
En la somero,
mi portas sablokolorajn mallongajn pantalonojn
kaj nigrajn ĉemizojn.
En la vintro,
mia vestoj estas la sama,
sed estas pli longaj
kaj la ŝtofo estas pli dika.
Tio estas mia uniformo!

mallongmantela bluzoI think you meant mallong-manika - maniko = sleeve.
You could also say kurt-manika ĉemizo, or sport-ĉemizo or somera ĉemizo.
Porti doubles up in Esperanto for wear and carry.
Context will suggest the right meaning.
Ŝi portis mini-jupon = surhavis mini-jupon (was wearing a mini skirt)
Mia valizo estas tro peza por porti ĝin (too heavy to carry)
Vesti is transitive. (vesti sin - to dress oneself)
Vestiĝi - get dressed.
