Esperanto publications are not different. But certain Amazon sellers make their living off assembling a bunch of Wikipedia articles into a book and then selling it, or as we have just seen, using an auto translator to translate a classic work and then selling it. Their name is not on it and they simply don't care and I would not be shocked if they were doing the same for other languages, using Google Translate. We only notice the Esperanto ones because we speak Esperanto!

That's ridiculous--I didn't even know it was going on. Wow. So you think you're getting a quality foreign language edition of a classic work of literature and all you're getting is some machine-done draft that passes for a translation---and they're SELLING this stuff? Amazing.

See for yourself. Click on the image to "look inside" for a preview of the book. It switches between the X method and accent method. Even the roman numerals were translated as Mi. Some words are capitalized when they shouldn't be. Just take a look:
