I have the same with Dutch accents in any language but Dutch, and I have heard from various people they feel the same. As someone who has spent and still is spending countless hours honing their accent in foreign languages, on some deep unconscious level I feel a little like people with Dutch accents are lazy and just not doing their best enough. Which I know is crazy and irrational, but that's sadly just how my mind works at the moment. (For this same reason I have a hard time listening to any music from the Dutch Esperanto band Kapriol', such as this song.)
I guess I'm a huge hypocrite when it comes to this, because I love hearing people speak English in almost any accent other than Dutch. When I don't it's usually an accent that is a little hard to understand. I'm not too sure about Esperanto yet, because I have not heard a lot of different accents so far.

That suddenly reminds me of a very relevant clip from Conan O'Brien on Youtube here, about how Evangeline Lilly "knows" (learned to pronounce) Tolkien's Sindarin elvish language, and how that's a sexy language. But not when Conan does it.
