I'm ashamed to say yes.

Where was that meeting exactly? ...just for reference....okulumo.gif

Now it looks a bit more dodgy. I'll sit this one out.

My dad says Esperanto, from what he's heard of it, just sounds like a cross between Polish and Spanish. I've always thought it looks and sounds like a generic European language; pleasant, but not terribly distinctive. Maybe it has more than the usual quantity of aj and oj sounds; I never really noticed; but I think those are pleasant sounds, so they don't bother me at any rate. I wouldn't say it sounds "sexy", though.

International language indeed. We all understand some things. I'll make sure to deliver my Esperanto all extra sexy like.

ravana:Question is primarly for women .
Whenever I run a phrase or two in Eo to a non-Eo lady, the result is always positive no matter her native tongue.
For the gals; the guys will enjoy sitting and listening to you rattle off in Eo. I know you'd have my ear a while.

Foreign is generally kinda sexy anyway for most people, and Eo is foreign to all. To my ear it is kinda like a Cuban speaking Serbian or vise versa.. hard to pinhole.. mysterious even.

And with the -oj, -aj, -oj overload complaint I sometimes hear, well watching the lips of that guy or girl (whichever you prefer) make that sound over and over might just drive you mad.

Oh Fina Venko.
