Some grammar points. I haven't ploughed through the whole text.

Ni vidas, hodiaŭ, ke valutoj bazitaj sur ... - agreement

eldonanteco de ŝuldo de bankoj- what does this mean?

per profite intereso sur pruntoj - did you mean intereso or interezo?

preferitaj por aliro krediti super tiuj sen kiel multe akciaro - meaning not clear

Ni ankaŭ vidas ke la nuna monsistemo rekompensas la sendevian persekutadon de .. - accusative, direct object

neglektante tiajn esencajn konsiderojn - direct object

I suggest you read through your text and eliminate the basic grammatical errors and then come back to ask for further help. Where you have doubt about the clarity of a certain expression, post the meaning in English for further help.
