It is correct but it is emphasizing one meeting (I intend to participate in one meeting). The implication is that you will not be participating in more than one meeting, or else that you are about to say something more specific about this one particular meeting. You could also have said it as "Mi intencas partopreni kunsidon", in which case there is no emphasis on "one", and it would translate as "I intend to participate in a meeting", more generic without any special implication or emphasis.
