Which Esperanto word means "organizationally similar"?

Also, what Vestitor said - that there is no one word for this - is a problem in Esperanto, because each word in Esperanto usually has only one meaning and about three or four synonyms at the most. Also, one word such as "samorganize" might not be enough, grammatically, because two things are being compared in some way. Is there some way we could come to some sort of consensus eventually, on which phrase to use in Esperanto to express this concept of "organizationally similar"?
